Leicester City’s manager, Enzo Maresca, is hopeful that Wilfred Ndidi will be back in action after the international break. Ndidi has been sidelined for the past three weeks due to a muscle injury, with his last appearance for the team being in the 3-1 win at Swansea City on October 21. He will also miss Nigeria’s upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho and Zimbabwe. The midfielder has scored once in 12 league appearances for the Foxes this season. Maresca stated that Ndidi is close to a return to action, hoping to have both Ndidi and Yunus after the international break.
